Our Qualifications

Kelley is a graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Business Administration and the University of California's Hastings College of the Law. He has been recognized by Who's Who in California for demonstrating outstanding professional achievement, superior leadership and exceptional service.

In addition, Kelley has lectured to investment clubs and conducted seminars on a number of topics, including but not limited to income investing, tax savings¹, education plans, retirement plan distributions, global investing² and charitable remainder trusts³.

Kelley lives in Rancho Santa Fe, California, with his wife and son.

Shana Lewis is the office manager responsible for all administrative duties, including all account administration, forms, statements, tax information and money transfers.  She is licensed in insurance and securities, and has worked with Kelley for more than 13 years.
